【大学英语教学改革环境下教师信念研究.PDF 5页】(1．Citycollege，WenzhouUniversity，Wenzhou，Zhejiang325035，China；2．ShanghaiInternationalStudiesUniversity，Shanghai200083，China)Abstract：Thestudyisbasedon aquestionnairespeciallydesignedfor33 in-serviceCollegeEnglishteachersin China．Thesurveyinformationincludesthefollowingtwoaspects：teachers’believesVS．theirpracticalclassroom teach— ingbehaviorandtheircognitiononComputer—andClassroom—basedMultimediaCollegeEnglishTeachingModelVS．their practicalclassroom teachingbehavior．TheresultontheformerhasbeenillustratedinIssue2，2008，Computer—assisted ForeignLanguageEducationinChina(CAFLEC)．Thispaperwillmainlyfocusonthelatter．Allthedatashowsthat teachers’believesalenotconsistentwiththeirpracticalclassroom teachingbehavior，norhavebeenimplementedintheir teachingpractice．Afteranalyzinghtecauses，theauthors findthatteacherissueisactuallythekeyofrtheSUCCESSofthe currentcollegeEnglishteachingrefomr andanurgenttrainingistobeneededofrhteCollegeEnglishteachers；thus，in thispapersomeaimedsuggestionswillbeputofrwardintemr softeachertrainingandteachereducationofrhtebetterim— plementationoftheCollegeEnglishteachingreform inChina．Keywords：CollegeEnglishTeachingReform ：Teachers’Belief；Computer—andClassroom—basedMultimde iaCol— legeEnglishTeachingModel；PracticalClassroom TeachingBehavior· 15 ·
